Site Selection Services - Development of customized Master Site Plan including zoning analysis, distribution center-of-gravity analysis, definition of general site requirements, and key financial aspects for site negotiation. Includes selection of real estate brokerage providers, on-site review of potential properties, lease/buy analysis, negotiations, and review of key deal points.
Space Planning - Complete space plans including equipment, furniture, storage, and material handling. Regulatory compliance drawings (for licenses, environmental applications, GMP documentation, etc.).
Design-Build Bid Set (Preliminary Design) - Detailed A&E construction scope in AutoCAD for bidding and engineering design. Obtain contractor pricing much earlier in the process and align interests to effectively value-engineer saving considerable time and project cost.
Construction Management - Review of construction documents, schedules, and budgets. Access to industry-proven jobsite superintendents. Pre-construction meetings, permit applications, site inspections (Rough & Final), and complete facility commissioning protocols.
Installation Coordination - Coordination and on-site supervision of major equipment installation (such as cyclotrons and hot cells), lab instruments and systems, storage and material handling equipment, lab and office furniture. Coordination of FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ.
